Gratitude

The Lila is teaching something that the research of positive psychology has since confirmed: gratitude is not merely a pleasant emotion. When genuine gratitude is present, the quality of perception changes entirely. The same circumstances that seemed like obstacles reveal themselves as teachers. The same people who were irritants reveal themselves as gifts. Not because anything external has changed, but because you have moved to a frequency at which what was invisible becomes visible.
