1. License tiers
Every 27mirrors widget is distributed under one of three license tiers, determined by the pack purchased:
- Attribution Required — $197 pack — the "Powered by 27mirrors" link must remain visible and functional on every embedded instance. Perpetual, non-transferable use.
- White-Label — $497 pack — the attribution link may be hidden, but the hosting domain must be registered in our licensing system. One license per domain.
- Extended / Resell — $997 pack — white-label plus rights to resell the widget to clients under your own brand. Intended for agencies.
2. Attribution and brand marks
Widgets embed proprietary brand attribution — a visible "Powered by 27mirrors" link, an invisible DOM watermark, and a per-load telemetry beacon. For Attribution Required tier licenses, all three must remain operational. Removing, obfuscating, or network-blocking any of them is a license violation and terminates your usage rights immediately.
3. Telemetry and data
Every widget sends an encrypted beacon on load containing: widget slug, host domain, page path, language code, and daily-rotated hashes of IP and user-agent. No personal end-user data is collected. The data is used solely for: (a) attribution compliance audit, (b) unlicensed-use detection, (c) aggregate analytics. Retention: 90 days.
4. DMCA and enforcement
Observed violations (attribution removed on Attribution Required tier, use outside licensed domain, resell without Extended tier) are pursued via: (a) written email notice, 7 days to cure; (b) if uncured — DMCA takedown filed with the infringing domain's hosting provider and Cloudflare; (c) remote kill-switch of the widget; (d) retroactive invoice for unauthorized use at list rate.
5. Exclusions
This license does not include: (a) public redistribution of the widget source code, (b) removal or modification of the "27mirrors" brand beyond what the tier permits, (c) use in applications violating local law or our Terms of Use, (d) use by direct 27mirrors competitors without a written agreement.
6. Warranty and liability
Widgets are provided "as is". We warrant reasonable function for 12 months from purchase; beyond that, support continues as available. Total liability for any claim is capped at the price paid for the pack.
