You buy a pack. Embed it on your site. If within the first 30 days it does not convince you — for any reason — email [email protected] and we process a full refund within 3 business days.
What is covered
Covers every widget pack (Love & Bonds, Career & Abundance, Premium Oracle, Custom Widget Pack, Agency White-Label), AI Products, and Classic Modules. Does not cover already-delivered custom-dev engagements (Full Launch, Magic Marketplace Platform) where the work has been completed.
Why we do not ask why
Not worth it. If the pack does not fit your niche, theme, or conversion goals, we would rather return your money than force a relationship. We work with 500+ practitioners; if something does not land, something else will.
Chargebacks
Before filing a chargeback with your bank, contact us — refund is 3 days vs 2-6 weeks of dispute. Chargebacks cost us non-recoverable fees; if one is filed without contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend the account and file evidence with the bank.
Legal compliance · right of appeal
If an order is found to violate the laws of your jurisdiction (unlicensed financial advice, prohibited tarot consultations, etc.) we process a full automatic refund. You have the right to file a written appeal at [email protected] within 30 days — we review it with external counsel and respond with a reasoned verdict.
To start a refund, email [email protected] with the purchase email and pack slug. Confirmation within 24h, refund within 3 business days.
