What does dreaming of Fire mean?

Fire in dream language is rarely neutral. It tends to mark transformation in its most decisive form — what cannot continue in its current shape. Jung treated fire as both creative and devouring, the same flame in different relationships, and the dream usually clarifies which face is present by the dreamer's stance toward it.
