1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using 27mirrors (available at 27mirrors.space), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the service. 27 Mirrors reserves the right to modify these terms at any time with reasonable notice.

2. Account Registration

To access premium features you must create an account by providing accurate and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to register.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Payments are made directly via external payment rails: Payoneer, DolarApp, Galicia USD bank transfer, or USDT crypto (TRC20/ERC20). Prices are in USD net; applicable VAT/GST in your jurisdiction is buyer responsibility. Invoices are issued directly by 27mirrors (Monotributo AR). You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard; premium access continues until the end of the billing period. If we change prices, we will give you at least 30 days' advance notice by email or via a notice within the service; the new price applies from your next billing cycle, and you may always cancel before that date at no additional cost.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on 27mirrors - including text, graphics, designs, widgets, and software - is the property of 27 Mirrors or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without prior written authorization is not permitted.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the service for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities; not to attempt unauthorized access to systems or data; not to scrape or extract content in an automated manner without permission; and not to impersonate other persons or entities.

6. Disclaimer - Entertainment Purposes Only

27mirrors is an entertainment and personal inspiration platform. Tarot readings, horoscopes, oracles, AI-generated interpretations, and other content are spiritual, creative, and recreational in nature. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind - medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, investment, tax, or any other regulated discipline. If you are dealing with a medical, emotional, or legal situation, consult a licensed professional. Do not base important decisions solely on content generated by the platform, and do not substitute medical or psychological care with these readings.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 27 Mirrors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the service. 27 Mirrors' total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months prior to the event.

8. Termination

27 Mirrors may suspend or cancel your account if you breach these terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the breach. You may close your account at any time from your profile settings. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Argentine Republic, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of the City of Buenos Aires. If you reside in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction granting mandatory consumer rights, you retain all such consumer rights, which prevail over this clause to the extent applicable.

Payments note: payments are made directly via external rails (Payoneer, DolarApp, Galicia, USDT). Invoices are issued directly by 27mirrors. This jurisdiction clause governs only your use of the 27mirrors service.

9a. Operator Details

27mirrors is operated by an individual sole trader registered under the Monotributo regime in the Argentine Republic. Operator tax details are available on request at [email protected]. Invoices to end customers are issued directly by 27mirrors. Prices are in USD net; applicable VAT/GST in the buyer's jurisdiction is the buyer's responsibility.

9b. Arbitration & Class-Action Waiver (US users)

If you reside in the United States, you and 27mirrors agree that any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the service will be resolved by individual, binding arbitration under the AAA (American Arbitration Association) Consumer Arbitration Rules, waiving any jury trial. YOU AND WE WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS, REPRESENTATIVE ACTIONS, OR CONSOLIDATED ARBITRATIONS. You have 30 days from accepting these Terms to opt out of arbitration by emailing [email protected]; in that case, disputes will be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause prevents small-claims court actions.

9c. Force Majeure

27mirrors will not be liable for failures or delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including - without limitation - third-party infrastructure failures (Cloudflare, hosting provider, payment rails), natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil unrest, government orders, strikes, Internet outages, or cyber attacks.

9d. Severability & Assignment

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining Terms remain in full force. 27mirrors may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms to a successor (e.g., upon merger, acquisition, or reorganization); you may not assign them without our prior written consent. Our failure to exercise any right will not constitute a waiver of that right.

9e. DMCA Copyright Notices

If you believe content on 27mirrors infringes your copyright, send a DMCA notice to [email protected] including: (a) identification of the protected work; (b) URL or exact location of the allegedly infringing material; (c) your contact information; (d) a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized; (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act; (f) a physical or electronic signature. We will investigate and respond within 10 business days in line with 17 U.S.C. § 512(c). Repeated or false claims may lead to liability.
