Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the date of the first charge. This guarantee applies only to the first payment of a new subscription.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Refund request" and include your account email address and the transaction date. We will process your request within 3 business days.

3. Qualifying Conditions

Refunds are subject to the following conditions: the request must be made within the 7-day guarantee period; the guarantee applies to the first charge of a new subscription (not renewals); it does not apply to additional charges or one-time content purchases; and abuse of the refund policy may result in account suspension.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

Payments on 27mirrors are made directly via external payment rails: Payoneer, DolarApp, Galicia USD bank transfer, or USDT crypto (TRC20/ERC20). Approved refunds are issued directly by 27mirrors via the same payment rail used for the purchase (Payoneer reverse / DolarApp reverse / Galicia transfer / USDT return), within 3 to 5 business days of approval.

4a. EU Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

If you reside in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction granting this right, you have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason, under Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. To exercise it, email [email protected] with "Withdrawal notice" in the subject, along with your account email and the transaction date. 27mirrors will refund the full amount within 14 days of receiving the notice, via the same payment rail used for the purchase.

Digital content exemption: 27mirrors delivers digital content and features immediately upon purchase (tarot readings, horoscopes, AI interpretations). Under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, by confirming the purchase you expressly acknowledge that you want immediate access and accept that you lose the 14-day withdrawal right once you access the digital content. The voluntary 7-day money-back guarantee (section 1) still applies.

4b. Chargebacks

If you have an issue with a payment, contact us first at [email protected] — we can resolve it directly via refund through the original payment rail. Since payments are made outside traditional card networks, chargebacks generally do not apply; in the event of a dispute, we will work with you to resolve it directly. We reserve the right to suspend accounts with documented abuse patterns.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges; premium access continues until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation alone does not generate a refund of charges already made outside the 7-day guarantee period.
