FAQ
- If revenue is low that month - is there a minimum payment?
- No. The rev-share is 30% of what you actually transact. If your students are quiet for a month, you pay $0 ongoing fee. Only the $25K setup is fixed.
- Data ownership - can I export everything?
- Yes. All student data (readings, progress, emails) is yours. CSV export anytime from the admin panel. Nothing is trapped in our infrastructure.
- Exit clause - can I take the platform if I want to leave?
- Yes, we include an exit clause: after year 1, you can request a full data export and technical handoff (frontend source code, DB dump). There is a $2,997 exit fee to cover the handoff.
- SLA - what uptime do you guarantee?
- 99.5% monthly uptime guaranteed in the contract. If we fall below that, we credit you one month of rev-share fee. Public monitoring on a status page.
- Can we add new widgets after launch?
- Yes. New widgets from our standard catalog (when we release them) integrate at no extra cost. Fully custom widgets (your authorship or design) are +$2,497/unit.
- Integration with existing LMS (Teachable / Thinkific)?
- Yes for Teachable and Thinkific via API/webhook: enrollment sync, student IDs, completion data. Other LMS are evaluated case by case - ask before signing.
- What if a payment rail blocks us?
- We operate across multiple rails: Payoneer, DolarApp, and Galicia USD wire. If one is blocked, we migrate to another at no extra cost. The contract includes a payment-rail migration clause.
