- When do I receive my commission?
- Payouts happen monthly, by the 5th of the following month. Minimum payout: $50. Below threshold - rolls over to the next month.
- What happens to my commission on a refund?
- If a buyer gets a refund within 14 days - the commission is deducted from the next payout. Refunds after 14 days do not affect your commission.
- Can I get exclusive territory rights?
- Yes, for Strategic Partners (20+ sales/mo). Territory is locked for 6 months. Terms are negotiated individually.
- How do co-branded landing pages work?
- For Active Partners (5+ sales/mo) we build a custom landing with your branding, links, and contact. All sales through it carry your attribution tag.
- Do I need to pay taxes on commissions?
- Depends on your jurisdiction. US partners: 1099 available on request. For Monotributo (AR) - income qualifies as services. We provide payout reports for accounting.
- How are disputes resolved?
- If tracking data does not match - contact [email protected]. We resolve within 5 business days. Disputed commission is frozen pending resolution.
